R Douglas Locke CA has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since November 1970 and has been in private practice since then.
Over and above being a Chartered Accountant he has had personal involvement in printing, retail, training, property development and support service businesses and has developed a wide expertise in business matters.
He has been a member of Rotary International for 30 years and has always been heavily involved in community and international fund raising activities. He has been a golf club secretary and treasurer, and currently is a trustee and treasurer of his local rugby club.
